I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides counseling to children (8-12), teens (13-17) and adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, trauma and similar emotional disorders. My experience includes working with special populations such as First Responders (Police, Fire and EMS), Veterans, Military, LGBT clients and their families.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary techniques and evidence-based methodologies to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
